We are a Bupa Members First Provider. Prices listed for Bupa Members are determined by the health fund, not our office. If you are a Bupa Member, please let us know when you book your Initial Consultation.

Chiropractic is covered by most private health insurance companies (please check with your individual fund).

We have HICAPS, meaning (for most health funds), we can process your chiropractic private health insurance claims when you pay for your visit (you only need to pay the gap).

You may be able to claim 5 chiropractic adjustments on Medicare with a referral from your doctor (gap fee may apply).

*Saturday Surcharge: All appointments booked on Saturday will incur an additional $5 fee.

We are a cashless office. If you must pay by cash, please have exact change, or be prepared to have any excess put on your account as credit towards future visits.

Adjustment times vary, depending on the patterns your body is presenting. If your time is limited please tell the Chiropractic Assistant when you arrive.

Initial Consultation Deposit Policy

Initial Consultations are our longest appointments. Availability for them in our schedule can be limited, and we work hard to fit new patients in as soon as they request. As a recognition of the commitment being made when booking an Initial Consultation, a non-refundable $50 deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The balance of the appointment fees will then be processed at the time of treatment (Private Health Fund claims can still be applied and processed at this time). If an Initial Consultation cannot be attended at the time booked, we request 48-hours’ notice, or otherwise reserve the right to charge the remaining full fee.

 Outside-of-Hours Fee

We strive to provide clinic hours at a variety of times and days, to accommodate your needs. Our staff (doctors and support team alike) expect to be able to make personal plans outside of scheduled working hours. If we have times available during our normal clinic hours and you request that our staff are arriving early or staying late to accommodate your preferred time, we reserve the right to add a $5 fee to your appointment. (If the shift is full and we offer to tag you on to the beginning or end of it, that fee does not apply.)

 Missed Appointment Policy

Your time is valuable. We strive to see each patient as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible, and provide your treatment in a personal and unhurried manner. In turn, we request that you make every effort to arrive at the appropriate time for your appointment.

If you foresee that you will be behind schedule, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the appropriate accommodations. It may mean that we can start earlier with another patient who is ready, and then see you during the time that they were scheduled.

If you will be unable to keep your appointment altogether, please contact us as soon as you know, so that we can open the spot for another patient.

·         If you miss an appointment without notice, we reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee.

·         If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a $30 “last-minute” fee.
